Dues Schedule: Per Year

Members At Large $15

Homeowner Organizations:

  • Up to 100 Homes $20
  • 101 to 500 Homes $25
  • 501 to 1000 Homes $35
  • 1001 to 1500 Homes $40
  • Over 1501 Homes $50

Meeting Schedule:

Generally we meet January through July and September through November.  Meetings run from 7-9 pm in the Community Room at the Jeffco Sheriff's South Substation (8100 Shaffer Pkwy), just around the bend from the Post Office South of Chatfield.  Meetings are on the first Weds. of the month.  Depending on what day of the week New Years Day and 4th of July Fall, we may not meet.  Please email me if you are planning to attend a January or July meeting in advance at  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

In August in lieu of our monthly meeting we host our Annual Picnic held at Clement Park.  Political candidates and incumbents are invited to speak and mix with the members.  This tradition has been one of our best events for years.

In December in lieu of our meeting is our annual Christmas Party, usually held at a brave volunteer’s house.

Additional meetings have been scheduled in the past for seminars, forums (candidate and issue), and special presentations. 

COHOPE is foremost an information dissemination group. In addition to the topics presented by various speakers from government, business and local organizations, its members have many years of experience in dealing with homeowner issues. They are more than willing to share that experience and support both members and non-members in helping on an issue, from rezoning to dealing with neighborhood issues. Most homeowner groups encounter the same problems, issues and concerns.
